At VIETRI, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted Italian dinnerware and home decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original VIETRI packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been issued to your original payment method.
