Where are VIETRI products manufactured?
All VIETRI products are handcrafted and hand-painted by skilled artisans in various regions throughout Italy, ensuring authentic Italian craftsmanship in every piece.
Are your dinnerware collections microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our earthenware and stoneware collections are dishwasher safe on a low-heat setting. However, items with gold or platinum accents are not microwave safe. We recommend hand-washing larger or more delicate decorative pieces.
How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?
We use specialized, eco-friendly packaging materials designed to protect ceramics and glassware during transit. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours for a replacement.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and some seasonal or sale items may be final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact our support team to discuss specialized shipping arrangements.

Once your order has been handcrafted and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
